1. She deleted 30,000, so that remains to be seen.
2. She deleted 30,000, so that remains to be seen.
3. Are you serious? She wasn't Sec. of State until 2009, so I'd say that's unlikely.
4. She's failed to comply for as long as possible, but no, she wasn't Sec of State 7 years ago.

Your weak attempt to compare this to the Hillary scandal is laughable for a number of reasons:
1. The content of the Secretary of State's emails are far more sensitive than that of a governor. Anyone with the most basic understanding of US government could tell you that.
2. This is just a drop in the bucket when it comes to Hillary's scandals.
3. There are several substantial differences between Mr. Bush’s and Mrs. Clinton’s use of private email accounts. While few people knew that Mrs. Clinton was using a private account, the address of Mr. Bush’s private account—Jeb@Jeb.org—was widely known while he was in office and was used by many government employees, members of the public and reporters to communicate with him. In another important difference, Mr. Bush frequently released correspondence from his private email account while in office to comply with requests under Florida’s open-records laws.
4. Daniel Smith, a politics professor at the University of Florida, said Mr. Bush has faced less scrutiny over his level of disclosure than Mrs. Clinton because he released a trove of his emails before anyone began asking questions. “He clearly got out in front of it,” he said. “It’s perceptual as much as anything.”

But keep saying (per your OP in the Jeb thread) that one of many Republican candidates is eliminated for doing something almost as bad as the only viable Dem candidate. :ROFL

Fuck Hitlery, fuck Jeb, and fuck their pathetic loser supporters. :2thumbs

It "remains to be seen" if there are advanced alien civilizations elsewhere in the known universe. However, the current answer to the question: "Are there advanced alien civilizations in the known universe?" is "No". :ROFL

Oh, YP... :dog

Let me ask you some yes-or-no questions:
1. Have you read all of HC's 30.000+ deleted emails?
2. (see question 1) If not, can you confirm what is or is not in those emails?
3. (see question 2) If not, would you say a more accurate answer to your first and second questions("Did Billery's emails discuss troop movements in the Middle East? Or the troop movements of the National Guard?") would be "no", as opposed to "I don't know" or, say... "it remains to be seen"?

Remember: yes or no only. :2thumbs

Nope, nobody cuts me a paycheck to do so. Have you?

Meanwhile, the people who have been paid to sift through Jeb's emails have found not one, not two, not three, but four smoking guns and have been met with 7 years of his resistance to comply with them. Solid. :up

Last I've read, those who get paid to sift through Billery's emails have found a grand total of zero smoking guns to date.

4 to 0. Glad the Repukes are winning at something these days. :lolthumb

Hilary spent over $300 taxpayer dollars on charter flights for reelection for senate and presidential run during 4 year period.

Clinton spox said it was on behalf of her "tireless work for the people of network and she did whatever it took to get to where the people of NY lived and worked"

However atleast 28 flights were to other states at 42k a pop

Only 2 other taxpayer charters were taken during that time out if everyone running.... Joe Biden.

If I had to choose between:

A. Billery - spending too much on flights

or

B. Jeb Bush - discussing troop movements in the Middle East; troop movements of the Fl Natty Guard; US Nuclear Power Plant protection post 9-11; 7 years of failing to comply with policy

I'm going with 'A'. :justsayin

Please.

Let's review...

Your questions, my responses, (notes):
Did Billery's emails discuss troop movements in the Middle East? She deleted 30,000, so that remains to be seen. (only Hillary, the recipients, and whoever intercepted the emails can answer this question accurately. "That remains to be seen" is the best answer. I've explained this already)
Or the troop movements of the National Guard? She deleted 30,000, so that remains to be seen. (only Hillary, the recipients, and whoever intercepted the emails can answer this question accurately. "That remains to be seen" is the best answer. I've explained this already)
Or nuclear power plant security/protection post 9/11? She wasn't Sec. of State until 2009, so I'd say that's unlikely. (Question is nonsense. You might as well be asking how many Jews she killed during the Holocaust.)
Has she failed to comply with turning over emails for 7 + years yet? She's failed to comply for as long as possible, but no, she wasn't Sec of State 7 years ago. (Fact.)

My questions, your responses, (notes):
1. Have you read all of HC's 30.000+ deleted emails? No... (correct!)
2. (see question 1) If not, can you confirm what is or is not in those emails? [no response] (answer is obviously "no")
3. (see question 2) If not, would you say a more accurate answer to your first and second questions("Did Billery's emails discuss troop movements in the Middle East? Or the troop movements of the National Guard?") would be "no", as opposed to "I don't know" or, say... "it remains to be seen"? [no response] (answer is obviously "no")

To summarize:
I answered; you dodged and deflected.

Any questions?

You do know when you delete something on your computer it's not completely gone right? Of course you don't b/c urine idiot.

If there's a smoking gun the State Dept will find it, but there isn't.

Hillary Clinton permanently deleted emails from her personal server according to her attorney, the chair of the Benghazi Select Committee said Friday.

"Not only was the Secretary the sole arbiter of what was a public record, she also summarily decided to delete all emails from her server ensuring no one could check behind her analysis in the public interest," Gowdy said in a statement.

In the statement, Gowdy said he did not know when the emails were deleted and that the committee was notified about the deletion on Friday.

The Benghazi Select Committee had subpoenaed Clinton's email server for a third-party review. Last year, Clinton submitted 90,000 pages of emails to the State Department; of that cache of documents, the State Department sent 300 emails concerning Benghazi to the committee.

Clinton's use of a personal account and server, the security of those entities, and the process her aides used to select emails to be sent to the State Department have drawn scrutiny over the last month.

I can post all of this article if I need to as well.

Hillary Clinton Aides Reportedly Emailed Her From Personal Accounts
Details of Clinton’s emails released Monday show that some of her aides’ messages about Benghazi came from their personal email accounts, the New York Times reported. Clinton earlier said the “vast majority” of her emails were sent to official accounts at the State Department so the records would be “captured and preserved.”

So she deleted all the ones she wanted too

AND she talked to her aides on their personal email as well.

No way of tracking down her emails and their emails
