I know they're being corrupt, but this is the problem with reviewing calls: they make the "safe" call of a fumble because it's reviewable, then don't have "enough evidence" to overturn.

USC plays in it about every other year vs a Big 10 team and they are a few miles from it they were also trying to switch this to their home stadium a few years ago.
