Ohio State should have been in the playoffs last year, the problem is with the conference division and championship system. Can anyone explain to me why Wisconsin should have been in the Big 10 championship last year over Ohio State?

Ohio State had a better record, played all of the top teams in the conference, won head to head and beat OU OOC.

If they fixed that crap system we would essentially have an 8-10 team playoff without even changing the size of the playoff.

All they have to do is require you to win your conference to be eligible for the playoff unless a champion has more than 2 losses, get rid of the divisions, take the 2 highest ranked teams and put them in the conference championship game.

If it used my system you would have had Ohio State play Penn State last year for the Big 10 title instead so if Ohio State didn't deserve it they would have lost to Penn State. Alabama would have been eliminated this year by not being in the top 2 of the SEC.

the 31-0 argument is trash I can make an argument that no one wants to see Alabama vs Clemson again. Ohio State won the playoff in 2014 so that is just as relevant as 31-0.

Look what happened to OU this year, you could have said no one wanted to see 45-21 again but they ended up beating Ohio State this time. No one wanted to see Alabama beat Auburn 30-12 again this year, oh wait they lost to them. Just cause they got blown out last year doesn't mean they would this year. Do you think if Ohio State played Iowa again they would lose 55-21ish or do you think Ohio State would probably blow out or at least beat Iowa?

That doesn't mean shit, did FSU not belong in 2014? or How about Oregon Ohio State beat them about as bad as Clemson beat Ohio State.

MSU in 2015 I would argue didn't belong and that is because again that crap conference championship system failed again. Gave Iowa a complete free pass, let MSU lose to a 6-7 Nebraska team Ohio State beat by like 200 and go over the 11-1 defending champs. If they had to play Ohio State again instead of Iowa they would not have made it more than likely.
