Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman: Virginia (6-6) vs. Navy (6-6), 1:30 p.m., ESPN

Hale: Navy has lost six of its past seven and its defense is a mess, coughing up at least 30 points six times this season. Finishing with a winning record means something for Virginia, and Kurt Benkert & Co. should put up some points. Virginia 42, Navy 31

Adelson: Navy did limp to the finish while Virginia showed improvement across the board. The matchups favor the Hoos, and they have some experience against Navy's style of offense after playing Georgia Tech last month. Virginia 31, Navy 21

Some of their other picks are hilarious, too.

If the bottom half of the ACC was traded with the top half of the AAC, the ACC would be a much better conference.

There's too much fluctuation in the AAC, IMO.

3 years (or less) from now UCF-Cincy and Memphis-SMU could switch records. Just depends on which rising star coaches are at which stepping stone program in a given year.

I think if you take UCF, USF, Houston, Cincy, Memphis, and Navy, those would be a solid replacement for the bottom 6 ACC teams.
Especially once those teams are able to recruit as P5 teams and get P5 money each year.

If only the ACC cared as little about basketball as I do. :sigh
