I believe Gundy and Patterson just signed extensions, so they are likely out. I wouldn't want Leach under any circumstances, and Stoops has been pretty mediocre at UK.

Franklin is the only reasonably available coach I'd put ahead of Taggart. JMO.

No to Leach. As funny as his soundbites are, he will fuck up our defense worse than Kelly with his offensive strategy of score or punt as fast as possible. Other than 2008, he has never led a team to more than 9 wins. I'm not sure he can recruit at all, either.

Patterson would be a solid hire. Don't think we'll get him, though.
