Will Howard should have won the Heisman

When is the last time a completely irrelevant player that never even played against a good team his whole career won the Heisman?

He was the #1 overall 'croot in his class for a reason.

He had 0 impact on the field nationally, the closest thing to it in modern times was when RGIII won the Heisman. Has to be the most forgettable Heisman in the last 25 plus years, it should go to someone that is actually on a team competiting for the national championship on some level. If he was that good why did Colorado suck that bad? Shouldn't he be able to will his team to being present on a national stage, especially when their QB is hyped as much as he is as well.

I'm not denying he is a great player, he just should not have won the Heisman maybe if he finished 4th or 5th it would have made since.

Will Howard was good but he wasn't even the best player at Ohio State.
