Honestly I hate howard, but that's bs. You can't just allow teams to foul guys constantly off the ball...has to be a way to stop that. Make it a technical foul if it seems INTENTIONAL. You know...like an intentional foul. It ruins the game just like Flopping. Houston was the better team tonight, but Portland went to that cheap ass strategy and got back in it.
