Homelessness up 18% in 2024

Prior to that, the biggest jump in homelessness over the last 15 years (at least) was 2.7%.

I’m getting $1800 a month for our rental house and that’s actually kind of cheap where I live at. Most rentals go for a little over 2K a month. And all these apartments they’re building aren’t cheap either. And the taxes and insurance keeps going up. :down
