I can’t go anywhere without seeing neck tats, tats on fingers, wrists, hands.

I get the arm, leg and ankle (for women) but damn!

I'd say the tat/piercing insanity really blew up in the 90's. It's a good way to show people you spent a lot of time in prison or on meth. :lolthumb

It also says, salary jobs are not my thing. I’m here for the low hourly wage.
