I don't think I really back in, but I usually pull in if 2 spots are open in front of each other where I can pull right out.

If I'm parallel parking, yes.

Same there but very very rarely do I ever have to parallel park.

This. Though I usually park farther out so I can. Backing out next to an SUV with tinted windows requires a leap of faith.

If you back in, your mirrors give you a visual of 3/4 of your vehicle and you dont have to worry about seeing through your hood...that make sense?

depends on the scenario

when i go to a hardware store to pick up something heavy, like sheets of plywood or 5 gallon buckets of paint

i back up to the front door so that loading them into the bed of my truck is easier

but other than that no i pretty much always pull into parking spots, as backing in requires more effort

Not unless I'm parallel parking.

Honestly backing in, i 1 time it 90% of the time. Pulling in, about half. If i drove a car i would never back in. Also never back in at busy parking lots.

The ones who make people wait 5 minutes as they take their time backing in just right are massive douche knockers :yes

Yea even in my diesel i 1 time it

But after driving bucket trucks and crane trucks for 10+ years driving a 1 ton is nothing...

Whats the difference between backing in, and backing out?

You either do it before or after.

If you say well, " its harder to pack into a tight space, than back out into a open aisle"

You could also say well "you have more risk of backing out in front of someone, or actually hitting somebody walking in the parking lot, but when you back into a spot, those cars aren't moving around that maybe on either side of the spot.

no difference to people who can actually drive

Yes there is a difference.

Doesn't matter how good of a driver you are if some jackass is speeding through the isles and not paying attention and hits you because you're backing out between two suv's and you're in a car and or the subs have tinted windows.

That's like saying you'll never be in a wreck of you're good at driving.

So because you're good at driving you can stop some drunk fucking moron from blowing through a red light'or stop sign?

You can stop someone that was too busy texting or putting on make up from swerving out of their lane into yours and swiping you

You can stop someone from hydroplaning and hitting you head on?

I back in sometimes when I'm having to pull into a tight space. Saves time for me because I just pull right behind the space and make 2 total adjustments instead of trying to pull directly in and taking forever trying to straighten it out while not being too close to the vehicle on either side
