Dump is just sitting there listening to someone on his right, leaned over. Shots are clearly heard, most other people clearly reacted like ants when someone steps in an anthill. At least 2 guys run to surround him.

Dump doesn't do shit. He doesn't react. Doesn't duck and cover. He looks like a fucking statue. It's like he knows he's safe. Either it was staged or he's fucking retarded (or both). It isn't until guys in full tactical gear rush towards him that he does anything to get out of the line of fire. It reminds me of those Iraq or Afghanistan war correspondents who waited 8 seconds after the anchor finished to pretend they were actually there, but they were like 50 feet away or something.
